  • The timeline for planning a retreat can vary depending on the complexity and size of the event. However, a typical timeline might range from 4 to 6 months.

  • You can book a consultation by filling out our retreat host inquiry form or booking a free consultation call.

    During the consultation, we'll discuss your retreat vision, answer any questions, and provide a customized quote.

  • The cost of a retreat can vary widely depending on factors such as the destination, the number of attendees, the duration of the retreat, and the level of customization.

    Our retreats come as packages depending on the services and amenities you’re looking for! We automatically break it down per person or room later for you.

  • We do not include flights in our planning services. This is due to the liability and problems that can arise. We would rather it 100% be in the guests’ hands so they can handle any issues as they happen! That way there is no delay and they are in FULL control.

    We will, however, arrange transportation to and from the airport for them!

    We also do not automatically include travel insurance in the quoted total, but guests can purchase it at checkout if you decide to go with the Curated Retreat Design service.

  • Let us handle the logistics, so you can focus on the experience. Our Core Retreat Planning service provides essential support for your retreat, including:

    • Venue Sourcing: We'll find the perfect venue to match your vision, whether it's a serene retreat center or a bustling urban space.

    • Accommodation Arrangements: We'll secure comfortable and convenient accommodations for your guests, from cozy cabins to luxurious hotels.

    • Transportation Coordination: We'll arrange efficient transportation options, including airport transfers, group shuttles, and local transportation.

    • Excursion Planning: We'll curate exciting and enriching excursions, tailored to your guests' interests.

    By handling these core elements, we'll free you up to focus on creating a memorable and impactful retreat experience.

  • For our Curated Retreat Design service, the fee starts at $1,000 USD.

    This fee covers unlimited itinerary revisions, constant communication, back-and-forth with suppliers, guest management, and ongoing support throughout the planning process.

  • Our cancellation policy will be outlined in your specific retreat contract. However, we generally require a certain amount of notice for cancellations to avoid significant penalties. Please note that our planning fee is non-refundable.

  • Yes and no.

    We will include your upcoming retreat on our “Find A Retreat” page for others to search and join if you’d like it to be featured! We will also include it in any of our upcoming retreat newsletters. You’re welcome to opt out of any of these platforms.

    We do not, however, market your retreat on our social media platforms.
